It's a BOY! That's right; Laura and I are not going to break the pattern that my brothers and sisters have set - We're going to have all kids of the same gender. It sure does make hand-me-downs much less embarrassing when they are passed from brother to brother and not from brother to sister. Here is the most recent ultra-sound pic:

Now to the house - We are almost finished! Really we only have about a month left to finish the project since the lease on our current rental is up at the end of April and the bank is only willing to give us money until May 9th. Thanks to my Mom, Dad, and sister coming into town for a week to help prime, pant, and install 1200+ Square Feet of hardwood flooring, it looks like we will be finished in time. With construction, however, there is always room for surprises. Take a look at the way things are turning out.
This next picture is of Parker taking pictures. He thinks the tri-pod is a camera and carries it everywhere he goes 'taking picture'. Like you can see below he usually jabs the handle in his eye and yells, "Cheese!". He then picks up the tri-pod and goes on hunting for another picture-worthy subject :)
Happy Birthday Jeremy!-- These last 2 pictures of our little family holding balloons were taken on April 1st, and depict a tradition that the Thornburgh Family started several years ago. Every year we celebrate Laura's little brother's birthday (April 1st) by writing little notes and attaching them to balloons. We then send the balloons up to Heaven. This year, we were not able to be with the whole Thornburgh family...but everyone in their own locations sent their balloons off at 9:15 p.m. (EST). Luckily, that was only 8:15 for us and not too late for Parker. We also sent balloons and notes off to Seth and Jessica, Todd's brother and sister-in-law.

Yay! This comment may be a few months late itself, but congratulations Owens on a beautiful family and a forthcoming addition! :D
